These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HTI LifeTrack services, software, and websites (collectively, the "Service") provided by HTI Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HTI LifeTrack, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HTI Solutions.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of the organization.

2. Eligibility

To use HTI LifeTrack, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Restrictions

  • One account per person or organization
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not transfer your account to another party

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

4.2 Subscription Plans

HTI LifeTrack offers various subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay:

  • The subscription fee at the then-current rate
  • Any applicable taxes
  • Any additional fees for premium features

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused service
  • Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store in HTI LifeTrack ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your User Content
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content
  • Any consequences of sharing your content
  • Backing up your important data

5.3 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by HTI Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse or misuse the Service

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Security of data transmission

HTI LifeTrack is a financial management tool. We do not provide financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor for professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HTI SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTI Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
